How To Make Cranberry Brie Bites
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray the cavities of a 24 count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
2. Dust a little bit of flour on a clean board or work surface and unroll a puff pastry sheet. Use a rolling pin to roll the puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut the sheet into 24 even-sized square pieces. Insert a fork into the center of each square 3-4 times.

3. Place one square of puff pastry into each of the muffin tin cavities.

4. Cut the brie into small even-sized pieces and place one piece into each of the puff pastry squares.
5. Top each generously with about 1-1 ½ teaspoons of cranberry sauce.

6. Bake for 20-24 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.

7. Garnish each prepared cranberry brie bite with a little fresh rosemary. Serve warm.
Important Recipe Notes

These can also be made using crescent dough sheets if you don’t want to use puff pastry.
If you don’t like brie, you can substitute it with soft mozzarella or goat cheese.
If you don’t like cranberry you can substitute it with just about any flavor of jam/fruit preserve/jelly you like.
Add some chopped nuts on top to add a little crunch.
I added rosemary at the end just as a garnish and a little pop of green but you can also cook the brie bites with it on top if you want to add more flavor.
