How To Make This Crockpot Shepherd’s Pie
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground lamb or beef with the onion and carrots until the meat is fully cooked. Stir in the garlic and drain any excess fat.

Transfer the cooked meat to your crockpot. Add in the frozen peas, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until it is all combined.

Cover your crockpot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, allowing the vegetables to tenderize.

Before the crockpot is done, make the mashed potatoes. You can peel the potatoes or leave the skin on them depending on your preference.
Once the filling is ready, spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.

Cover and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the mashed potatoes develop a golden crust.
Serve warm and enjoy your Shepherd’s Pie straight from your crockpot.
