- 1 6 oz box of stuffed mix (crushed slightly)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of onion (diced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp of poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 14 oz can of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. To a large bowl add the turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, milk, onion and seasonings, mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into about 24 meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°.
- While the meatballs bake, to a large skillet add the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar, stir until smooth and slightly thick.
- Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes with the glaze drizzled over top, or you can easily toss the meatballs in the glaze and serve as an appetizer.
