Description

These turkey stuffing meatballs with cranberry glaze are savory, festive, and easy to make! A fun twist on Thanksgiving flavors in bite form.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs of ground turkey
  • 1 6 oz box of stuffed mix (crushed slightly)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp of poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 14 oz can of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. To a large bowl add the turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, milk, onion and seasonings, mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  2. Roll the mixture into about 24 meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°.
  3. While the meatballs bake, to a large skillet add the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar, stir until smooth and slightly thick.
  4. Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes with the glaze drizzled over top, or you can easily toss the meatballs in the glaze and serve as an appetizer.
