These Grinch crinkle cookies are soft, festive, and easy to make! A fun Christmas treat with a green cookie and cracked sugar coating.

- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Neon green gel food coloring
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Jumbo heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and a generous amount of green gel food coloring.
- Add the powdered sugar to a shallow bowl.
- Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough out of the bowl.
- Drop the dough into the powdered sugar, and roll around to coat.
- Place the coated dough balls onto the parchment, about 6 cookies per sheet, cooking in batches if needed.
- Sprinkle a little extra powdered sugar over top.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
